The website is operated by XINYUE TRADING STUDIO（新悅商行）.

By browsing, creating an account, booking, ordering, paying, or using the website, users agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds Policy, and specific product or service conditions.

Specific conditions do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Users must provide accurate and current information and keep login credentials secure.

Suspected unauthorised use or security issues should be reported promptly.

TOA may reasonably restrict accounts involving identity misuse, false information, fraud, abusive transactions, system misuse, unlawful conduct, or security risk.

Account restrictions do not remove obligations relating to valid orders, payments, or refunds.

TOA makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, prices, and stock information.

Actual products may vary slightly due to screen display, photography, natural ingredients, production batches, or packaging changes.

For an obvious price, stock, specification, or system error, TOA will contact the customer and provide a reasonable correction, cancellation, refund, or alternative. TOA will not arbitrarily cancel an order that can properly be fulfilled.

Prices are generally shown in New Taiwan dollars. Checkout displays the item or service price, discount, shipping fee, total, and payment method.

Payments are currently processed through ECPay or another provider shown at checkout.

Where payment is incomplete, verification fails, or the provider has not confirmed success, the order may remain unpaid.

An order is generally confirmed after:

• The customer confirms the details.
• Payment succeeds.
• A valid order is created.
• Stock is available.
• The order can lawfully and practically be delivered.

TOA will send an order confirmation after payment.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock, system error, legal restriction, or delivery limitation, TOA will contact the customer and provide a refund or reasonable alternative.

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Information page.

TOA currently offers:

• Taiwan main-island home delivery.
• 7-Eleven store pickup.
• International shipping arranged individually.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carriers, customs, or events beyond reasonable control.

International orders are confirmed individually.

Customers outside Taiwan should confirm the products, destination, shipping cost, timing, import restrictions, duties, and related charges before ordering.

The order is confirmed only after the products, shipping fee, and terms are agreed.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by TOA in writing, destination duties, taxes, customs charges, and related import costs are the recipient’s responsibility.

Physical goods are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Mandatory rights relating to the seven-day cancellation period and defective goods are not excluded by these Terms.

This section covers individual Abhyanga appointments and session packages. Any separate conditions for events or workshops must be disclosed before purchase and may not override mandatory consumer rights.

Prices and use: an individual Abhyanga session costs NT$3,500. The three-session package costs NT$9,600, with a recommended completion period of nine months from purchase; the five-session package costs NT$15,000, with a recommended period of fifteen months. First-visit pricing is disclosed at purchase. Discounted purchases are refunded using the amount actually paid and the agreed number of sessions.

Appointments require advance payment and are confirmed once payment is verified. Package sessions and bookings can be viewed in your account. A reserved session is not treated as used until the service has been provided.

Changes and cancellations: more than 48 hours before an appointment, you may cancel or reschedule through your account at no charge. At 48 hours or less, contact hello@tasteofayurveda.co or Instagram @tasteofayurveda. Cancelling a time slot does not forfeit unused payments or sessions. There is no cancellation or rescheduling fee.

After two same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, or missed appointments within two months, bookings will be arranged directly with TOA for one month from the second occurrence. TOA will notify you of the start and end dates. Payments and unused sessions are not forfeited, and statutory termination and refund rights remain available. We will extend the package period if needed. Unexpected illness, accidents, and circumstances beyond your control are reviewed individually. A missed appointment is not automatically treated as a completed session.

Please let us know if you are running late. If another appointment follows yours, your original end time will remain and the massage may be shorter.

Recommended completion periods do not extinguish unused sessions. If sessions remain after nine or fifteen months, contact TOA to arrange further appointments, an extension, or a refund of the unused portion. A system expiry does not remove these rights.

Cancellation of the service contract and refunds: email hello@tasteofayurveda.co with your purchase name and email address. TOA will check payment and actual usage records. Requests for supporting information will not extend statutory refund deadlines.

An individual session that has not been provided is refunded at the amount paid. Package refunds equal the amount paid less services actually provided and any previous refunds. The session rate is the actual package price divided by its session count: NT$3,200 for the standard three-session package and NT$3,000 for the standard five-session package. Used sessions are not repriced at the individual-session rate. No contract cancellation or card-processing fee is deducted.

For an unused package, the amount due will be refunded within 15 days after rescission; for a package already started, within 30 days after termination. Any shorter deadline or more favorable treatment required by law takes precedence. Refunds normally use the original payment method. TOA will notify you when completed and reconcile the corresponding unused sessions to prevent duplicate refunds or use.

If TOA cannot provide the service, or the contract ends due to illness, health circumstances, or events beyond the parties’ control, refunds and other obligations are handled under applicable law rather than excluded by booking rules.

Review and records: at least three days must be available to review the contract before purchase. Purchases totaling NT$10,000 or more require a separate written contract; smaller purchases remain subject to applicable requirements. A general website checkbox does not replace required written procedures. TOA provides retainable contract and service records and keeps them as required by law.

These changes will not be applied retrospectively to disadvantage existing customers. More favorable existing agreements and mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Content concerning Ayurveda, skincare, body care, and lifestyle is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

It is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, a prescription, emergency care, or a guarantee of results.

Users with health conditions, pregnancy, medication use, allergies, skin reactions, or other concerns should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, videos, graphics, design, brand names, trademarks, and layout are owned by or licensed to TOA.

Without written permission, users may not systematically reproduce, download, modify, republish, commercially use, impersonate TOA, or create confusingly similar websites or accounts.

Users must not:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing conduct.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Introduce malware or attack the website.
• Interfere with payment or booking systems.
• Systematically scrape or misuse content.
• Submit false orders or abuse returns.
• Use another person’s identity or payment information.

The website may integrate ECPay, 7-Eleven, delivery providers, Google, Meta, social platforms, or other technical services.

Third parties operate independently and may apply their own terms and policies.

TOA reasonably maintains the website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting or provider outages, attacks, events beyond reasonable control, or legal and security requirements.

Where an interruption affects a paid order or booking, TOA will provide reasonable assistance based on available records.

To the extent permitted by law, TOA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable loss beyond liability required by applicable law.

Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, defective-product liability, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TOA may update these Terms to reflect service, technology, payment, delivery, or legal changes.

The revised version will be posted with a new date and will not unfairly apply retrospectively to an existing confirmed transaction.

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China.

The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through customer care. Consumers retain access to complaints, mediation, courts, and other remedies available under applicable law.
